The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure on-time, in-sync delivery of stage-gate driven projects, smooth by maintaining financial control while ensuring that the Weetabix Capital is consumed wisely in line with strategic direction and business needs.
The recipe!
The main purpose of this position is:
- Deliver high-quality projects executed flawlessly.
- Safety record of 100% success, without any accidents across project delivery.
- Evaluating CAPEX budgets for a project toward individual project budgets and overall department/site/company CAPEX budgets.
- Complete project scope delivery, avoiding scope creep.
- Forecast-updating of spend profiles for financial generosity.
- Prepare and present project approval presentations for discussion-upper on MD level.
- Regular and accurate communication with all key and relevant stakeholders must be maintained.
- Interact with support functions such as procurement and legal to ensure robust procedures are adhered to.
- Lastly, follow the Weetabix EEM process for all projects.
Requirements
Non-negotiables
The following qualifications are strongly encouraged:
- An NVQ Level 3 qualification or similar.
- Safety qualifications such as SMSTS, FAAW, or IOSH.
- Knowledge of and experience with MS Office and other mainstream engineering applications.
- APM, Prince 2, or other relevant project management news.
Also wanted :
Experience in Engineering, Food, and/or FMCG fields. Benefits
