As an Engineering Project Manager, the incumbent acts in a pivotal role in leading and managing critical projects ensuring timely completion within the defined scope, budget, and quality levels. Important functions involve coordination of resources, development of detailed project plans, risk management, and building solid working relationships with clients and other stakeholders. The position requires knowledge of project planning, risk management, budgetary control, and an understanding of defence-related technologies such as Surveillance Target Acquisition & Reconnaissance systems.
