Function of the project manager:

The project manager will be accountable for the cladding rectification works. This person will coordinate work between contractors and internal project teams in order to achieve timely high-quality project delivery. This will also include site visits, progress updates, communicating with stakeholders, maintaining records, and budgeting. Most important will be project management qualification (Prince 2 or equivalent), experience in large-scale construction or renovation projects, and strong organization and leadership skills.
