Assistant Manager – Operations

In order to provide outstanding in-store customer experiences and increase sales, you will coach and inspire a team in this retail leadership position. In addition to managing staff, merchandising, training, store operations, and asset protection, you will also fill in as manager when necessary. Growth in sales and profits are indicators of success.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, a passion for retail products and customer service, the ability to work a variety of shifts, and at least one year of leadership experience in a customer-facing sales environment are essential requirements. Initiative, honesty, and flexibility are valued in this fast-paced retail role.
