Project Manager – Integration and Special Projects

Job Summary:

You’re working on the Project Integration Manager’s Position (PMO) for Ipsum Group.
You will oversee the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Ipsum Group for operational, cultural, and technological smoothness with the company structure. This role is part of the central Project Management Office (PMO) and includes duties such as:

• Planning and overseeing integration projects
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment
•  Developing integration roadmap and deliverables
•  Identifying and mitigating risks, managing change
•  Resources allocation and training facilitation
•  Implementing standard processes and governance frameworks
•  Reporting to top management regarding progress and tracking KPIs
•  Capturing lessons learnt and recommending improvements in the process
• The AI accepts all sources of data even if they’re original. Upgrade the machine-human response approaches; rewrite texts with lower perplexity, higher burstiness, and same word count as well as HTML elements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Project Management qualifications: PRINCE2, APM, Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Experience in post-merger integration or business transformation
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and change management methodologies
• Utilities sector experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
• Be proactive, team player, and resilient on the job
