About The Role
Based at the client’s head office in Parramatta, this Facilities Management position will oversee the operation and maintenance of commercial sites. Key duties include service delivery of customer and property services, building inspections, compliance to regulations, vendor and asset management, and facilities program administration. Stakeholder engagement is required to work closely with the team on the service delivery expectation.
What You Will Bring:
- Facilities/property management, hospitality, or related experience
- Health and safety, technical property systems, and vendor management knowledge
- Effective administration, reporting, and customer service skills
- Routine and reactive maintenance management capability
- Teamwork, continuous improvement approach, and a valid driver’s license for travel to site
