Engagement Manager – Tech Transformation Programme (NSPCC)

The very first home based Engagement Manager position for a year in the Services directorate is to provide a major Tech Transformation Programme. This role’ meaning will involve creating, managing and leading a whole communication strategy so that all internal and external audiences-volunteers, trustees, supporters, and government departments- are kept informed of the programme objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a communications strategy for the transformation programme.
• Engage, influence and connect with stakeholder groups to ensure awareness and agreement on the major objectives of the programme.
• Be the one stop shop for updates and feedback throughout the lifecycle of a project.
• National travel across the UK as required to support teams and stakeholders.
