The job is responsible for dealing with customer requirements, providing design solutions to suit costs, complying with regulations, managing design files, innovating, and assisting in team training and development. And additionally, this manager will take technical responsibility, administer KPIs for continuous improvement, and cooperate with commercial and supply teams for improved effectiveness.
A technical managerial role for a minimum of 3 years and experience in pressure systems and AutoCAD or SolidWorks are a must for consideration. Strong knowledge of engineering standards, materials, pressure equipment, communication skills, and a proactive attitude are vital.
