Associate Manager

Stryker needs an Associate Manager to supervise a team of Field Service Engineers numbering 8 to 10 in Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania. The purpose of the position is to coach and inspire the team to provide great service while promoting a high-performance and collaborative culture, and to develop talents through regular, honest engagement. This position will require the Manager to travel frequently to establish connections with the team and customers, as well as across other departments to ensure the timely and smooth delivery of services.
