Business Analyst / Project Manager

The Technical Business Analyst works to connect initial business requirements with technical solutions to provide innovation and performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaison Role: Ensure that the IT solutions address business needs and outcome objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Understand business operations and problems, prioritize technology drivers, and translate business processes into technical specifications.
• Collaboration: Design scalable solutions with IT; also, ensure that technology projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Project Management: Coordinate among cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, mitigate risks in project execution, and communicate key project updates to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of new technologies and apply them to achieve improved processes and productivity.

Skills and Experience

• Mandatory Skills: Solid experience as Technical Business Analyst or IT Project Manager, thorough knowledge of business processes, ability to understand and translate technical requirements, project management expertise from initiation to closure, strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Desirable Skills: A Bachelor of Information Technology or other relevant fields; understanding of retail industry technologies; analytical and problem-solving skills; and good communications.
