Job Summary:
Oversee and direct large, complicated global projects from initiation to completion, with well-defined objectives, comprehensive planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Manage sub-project managers, track progress, manage costs and schedules, and report to executive management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
- Coordinate planning, staffing, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Guarantee technical quality, reliability, and cost targets are achieved.
- Track performance and make adjustments to schedules or resources as necessary.
- Coordinate project status tracking, reporting, and eventual documentation.
- Provide communication plans with all the parties involved in a project.
- Guidance and direct other project managers for large-scale projects.
- Function as liaison to executive management on updates and choices.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5-10 years in equivalent fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Leader.
- Native or fluent English (B2 level or higher).
- Familiarity with GPMS standards.
